I am feeling a heckuva lot better after some rest! See my last entries. Been under the weather big time. Still low-carbing it. I have moved it up from the 20 grams a day now and am closer to 30 grams a day at this point. Still seeing some weight loss.
We’ll see where I go in the next couple of weeks and then on to something else. I haven’t worked out this week. Been taking a rest since I was suffering from the old strep throat. I am going to start back Saturday. I am going to be switching up the exercise pretty soon. Found a new routine I want to try. I’ll blog about it when I make the change.
One thing I have done is I have been using lots of the Atkins products. I wanted to see if these truly acted as low carb since they have high carbs, but high fiber and are composed of lots of sugar alcohols. So far so good, which is good news to me. A low carb lifestyle is, to me, not that difficult, but it is made even less difficult by being able to drink Atkins shakes and Atkins Bars. Oh, just for disclosure, I am not on the Atkins payroll or anything. I substitute other low carb shakes for the Atkins. I love Whey Powder protein in Hood low carb milk. I also love sugar free “Instant Breakfast” in Hood low carb milk. Keeps the calories and the carbs low.
Allright. Back to the diet. Another couple of days of no exercise and then back at that. Feeling about 75% better than my last post. I am hoping for 100% better by Saturday.
