Body For Life, Day 22

Well, today I am feeling so much better. Here is what I have learned. If we don’t EVER take a break from working out, then our bodies will eventualy make us take some time off. I have been going through that, but as strong as I am feeling today, I am realizing I should have voluntarily taken some time off maybe a month ago. I will kick my workout off again on Monday.

Today, I have eaten:

  • oatmeal with whey powder (breakfast)
  • myoplex bar (snack)
  • Yogurt and cheese pizza (lunch)
  • cookie (snack)

I still have to choose dinner and another snack.
