Feeling a whole lot better today. I should mention that it has nothing to do with the diet ( I don’t think).
Today I am doing something different. I am eating more calories at meals, and small snacks between. Still trying to keep it around 1800 for the day, but instead of 6 x 300 calories, I am eating 4-500 calories at a meal and then 100-150 calorie snacks. I think I am feeling full longer that way.
I don’t think I will be working out today. I am still really run down from having step throat. I will target running tomorrow, but if I am not feeling up to it then I will skip and pick it up Monday. I don’t want to rush myself back and end up keeping myself sick so I will make sure I have recuperated before I jump back into the workout.
Today’s food has been as follows:
- oatmeal with whey powder, high fiber toast with peanut butter (breakfast)
- high fiber granola bar (snack)
- cheerios with skim milk (lunch)
I will hunt up a snack in a while. I don’t know what I have planned for later in the day yet.
Snacks were yogurt and cereal. DInner was oatmeal and the late night snack was cereal. Starting to feel better. I am waaayy low on vegetables. I need to work on that.
