Well, one more day on The Zone. I am feeling pretty pleased with myself, but also ready for a change. Tonight is a weight training night so I will lift this evening.
Today I have eaten:
- Zone smoothie for breakfast
- Zone bar (1/2) snack
- Zone smoothie for lunch
- Zone bar (1/2 for second snack)
Not sure what dinner will be yet. I have one more day on The Zone and then I will take Friday off entirely, though I will try not to pig out too much. I plan to go out for sushi Friday night and perhaps an adult beverage. Then I will start my next diet on Saturday. I am not entirely sure what that diet will be yet. I have ordered The Fat Smash Diet book. If it gets here in time, it may be that one. It is a 90-day plan which won’t all fit into the 30 days I have to devote to it, but I would not mind trying it for 30 days. I’ll keep you posted.
Late night update…
Well, I went home and had a Zone smoothie for dinner and then a Zone bar (1/2 of one) for my snack. I tried to do my weights, but I really felt lethargic (more so than normal). I did Abs and Legs and didn’t make it through my upper body workout. So I called it off and went to bed. Maybe I will feel better tomorrow.
