% Body fat 25%
Here is a pic of my daughter and I dancing.
Weight Watchers is going very well. It really is all it is cracked up to be. I have been hungry a few times so one has to be careful and choose low point foods that are filling versus high point foods where you only eat small portions. I believe in eating smaller portions multiple times a day to keep the metabolism cranking (something I learned from The Abs Diet and Men’s Health magazine).
I am still running 3-4 times a week and lifting 3 times a week (mainly light weight or body weight exercises). Nothing too intense. Not trying to bulk up, just get active and burn some fat.
I am still wanting to lose 20-25 pounds so the work isn’t done, but breaking 200 has been a major accomplishment for me. Weight Watchers will no doubt score high on Dozen Diets, assuming nothing catastrophic occurs. If there is a downside it is expensive versus the diets where one just buys a book and off you go, but in the case of Weight Watchers, you get tangible value for the dollar in the support group, the online tools, etc.
Still don’t know what diet will be going on in June. I should decide that next week sometime.
