The Abs Diet, Day 28

% Body Fat: 33%

I am still mystified by the % Body fat number. I had it measured professionally over the weekend and I was told it was 22%. That is quite an error. Who knows what I will do about that.

I realize I have missed an entry a couple of times this month. My commitment to diet and fitness has not faltered, but my blogging momentum seems to have slowed down some.

Anyway, today I have eaten:

  • Ultimate smoothie (breakfast)
  • Fiber One Granola Bar (snack#1)
  • Ultimate Smoothie (snack #1)
  • 2 slices of cheese pizza (lunch) (thin crust) - these are a killer on Weight Watchers! 4 points per slice!
  • grapes (snack #2)
  • coffee with splenda
  • diet soda
  • water (not enough water. I am going for more  right now)

Don’t know what dinner plans are yet. A friend is in from Syracuse, NY so I may have to pig out a little (and tap my weekly reserve in Weight Watcher’s terms.)

I am still tracking my points via Weight Watchers just to keep me from going over. In a couple of days I will start reporting on the points values of everything, but I am staying under my daily number (well, I do have to use some of the weekly reserves and/or activity reserves, but it is all on the plan)
