Today I ate:
- Ultimate smoothie
- yogurt (snack #1)
- almonds (snack #1)Â
- roast beef sandwich (lunch)
- orange (lunch)
- diet soda
- coffee with non dairy creamer and sweetener
- water
- carrots and peanut butter (snack #2)
- 6 oz sirloin, grilled chicken breast and 1 dinner roll (dinner) (I should have skipped the dinner roll)
- Ultimate smoothie (snack #3)
I did my workout today. 2 circuits of ab exrcises followed by 3 circuits of total body exercises. I am pretty tired. I added the third circuit and now I am zonked. Still, I think it was time to up the intensity.

Mr. Gates-
I have a great fold out poster from Men’s Health on Abs Diet. On the one side is a spiraling sort of food pyramid of the diet. On the other side is a photo of a very chiseled and buff and very shortless guy who has clearly mastered the diet.
I want to hang this picture in my office at work to show everyone how serious I am about nutrition. What do you think?
My point is that maybe the Abs Diet isn’t superficially the best choice, but I’ll tell you what, I think the actual food choices are about as good as as it gets for you; very focused on “whole” foods covering the important food groups. I see it as a total health regiment.
