% Body Fat: 31%
Wow. Not like me to miss a day entirely, but I didn’t blog any yesterday. I will explain. I got up early and headed to the office. That afternoon, I rushed home and did my workout and then immediately headed out to see The Durham Bulls play. That was awesome! The Bulls are in The International League. I love minor league baseball and a good time was had by all. I did reasonably well on the diet yesterday and even went with a hot dog and a lite beer at the ball park using “Eat This Not That” as my guide.
Today I have eaten:
- Ultimate Smoothie
- Orange
- Coffee with non dairy creamer and sweetener
- Diet Soda
- Ultimate Smoothie (Snack #1)
- 2 beef hot dogs on wheat buns (lunch)
- yogurt (snack #2)
- filet mignon (dinner)
- 2 beers (dinner)
- 1 dark chocolate bar (snack #3)
- bowl of high fiber cereal (snack #4)
So, clearly not completely on the diet today, but then again I am supposed to have cheat days occasionally. Besides that, I was pretty attentive to the parameters of the diet, so we will see what happens.
I did an interval run today. I went 10 intervals of 60 seconds running and 60 seconds jogging/walking.
