Slim Fast, Day 29

Well, unless something major happens tonight, then I will be finishing the Slim Fast diet at about 8 pounds under where I started, which would be 2 pounds per week, which is exactly what they claim. The weight loss seems to be very fast in the beginning and then slows down as you go along. At least that is the results I am seeing.

Today I have eaten:

  • 1 meal replacement shake (breakfast)
  • 1 granola bar (snack #1)
  • 1 protein smoothie (snack #2) - after my run
  • 1 cup of brown rice (lunch)
  • 1 meal replacement shake (lunch)
  • coffee with splenda and non dairy creamer
  • water
  • diet soda

I ran today. No interval training today. It is windy and raining and 45 degrees so it was a challenge to even get outside. I just ran the 3.6 miles and called it a day.

  • the rest of my smoothie (snack #3)
  • granola bar (snack #4)
  • chicken fajitas (dinner)
  • banana
  • celery and carrots

That was it. Tomorrow is the last day of Slim Fast. I will miss the shakes, but it is fun to switch to the next diet! Abs Diet is next.
