Weight today: 214.6 (Yippee)
% body fat: 33%
New low in terms of the opening numbers on the scale. That is sweet. I am a little tired of the lower carb lifestyle and looking forward to some Slim Fast next month. I may be tired of that by the end of the month.
Today I have eaten;
- Oatmeal with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter and Splenda
- 1 Glass of Milk
- 1 South Beach Diet Phase II Bar
- 4 cups of coffee with splenda and non-dairy creamer
- 1/2 of a small bag of peanuts
- 1 plate of mongolian chicken, grilled chicken, black pepper chicken, black pepper steak (pretty small portions of each)
- a serving of bbq chicken
- 1 serving of fat free sugar free pudding
- 2 cups of hot tea with splenda
- 1 chocolate candy melt
- lots of water
I ran my 3.5 miles tonight and feel pretty darn good. I am ready to say that over the weekend I was just fighting off a cold or something and that it was not the SBD.
