% Body Fat: 37%
I have no idea what is going on with the body fat % numbers. My guess is that the number is + or - about 2-3% and so it seems to vary widely. I keep measuring it because I want the first number to start with 2- rather than 3-. Once that happens, then I can target getting it in the teens.
Today has been great. The scale is going in the right direction. I feel SOOO much better than I have the last few days so maybe I am getting over whatever has had me feeling like poop (strong word I know, but that is how I felt).
I will workout today and get my run started back tomorrow (I’ve been off since Thursday) I have the Wakemed Cary Distance Festival in Cary, NC this weekend and I hope to beat 33:24 (my time in my most recent run) so I need to knock out a couple of good runs this week.
Anyway, today I have eaten:
- Oatmeal with I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter and Splenda (Click here for a great article about the benefits of whole grains)
- Hibachi Steak (no rice)
- Iceberg lettuce with Ginger dressing
- More Hibachi steak (no rice)
- Diet soda
- 4 cups of coffee with Splenda and non-dairy creamer
- one cup of fat free, sugar free chocolate pudding
That’s it thus far and hopefully I will stay that way. I have been drinking water today, but not enough, but that will change as soon as I workout.
