% Body Fat: ???
Another day in sunny Chattanooga. Hopefully I do a little better than yesterday. On the menu for today for certain is scrambled eggs, a steak for lunch, hot wings for dinner and a couple more miller chills. If I take it easy on the hot wings, I might be allright. Traveling is hard on dieting! Especially when you are in a town with old friends!
Well, here is how the day looked:
- scrambled eggs
- turkey bacon
- 30 peanuts
- t-bone steak
- 5 lite beers - not good, I know.
- 18 hot wings - equally bad.
- 1 glass of skim milk
- lots of diet soda
Well, the beer and wings was not great today. I am hoping if it causes me a major hiccup then it is temporary. This is my first big cheat on SBD and it will be interesting to see if the diet can accomodate it.
Tomorrow is Phase II!!!
